Customer Service
We pride ourselves on customer service and attention to detail. Each order receives our personal attention. If we do not have what you are seeking, we will attempt to locate it for you free of charge. We are always attempting to improve our services and our company, please feel free to let us know how we can better serve you.
E-mail inquires are answered within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Messages left on Saturday and Sunday are answered the next business day. We are closed on holidays, but please leave us a message and we will respond on the next business day.
Gift Certificates
Golden Bouquet gift certificates make wonderful gifts. They are available in $25, $50, $100, and $250 increments and are good for one year from the date of purchase.

Pricing
Price listings for our custom invitation kits include everything needed to make the invitation as shown. It does not include response cards, reception cards, or other accessory cards.
Refunds
Blank Items Refunds are not accepted without prior authorization from Golden Bouquet. Please contact us within seven days, and you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Merchandise must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you (i.e., unopened packages, no missing pages, bent corners on covers, etc.). Your refund will be made to you in the same form of payment in which merchandise was purchased. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Printed Items
Custom printing on invitations and invitations ordered from our albums are nonrefundable. Please review carefully. Once proofs have been approved, the sale will be considered final. It is your responsibility to ensure accuracy and layout prior to approving ALL proofs.
Payment
Payment is due in full for all items. We accept VISA, Discover Card and Mastercard. We accept American Express and e-checks via paypal.com to e-mail account: goldenbouquet@netscape.net.
Samples
We are happy to post your design ideas or an electronic version of your wording in various typestyles on our web site free of charge so you can see how an idea will appear.
Printed Brochure
No, we do not have a printed brochure. If you do not see a particular product that you are looking for listed on our website please send us an e-mail or give us a call and we will let you know if it is available.
Miscellaneous
All products available while supplies last. Price and availability is subject to change without notice. All orders subject to acceptance, verification and confirmation by Golden Bouquet.
Typographical Errors
WE reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error in pricing.
